Mark your calendar for the JK/Kindergarten roundup!
White Lake is implementing Positive Behavior, Supports and Interventions (PBIS) this school year. Students who demonstrate the qualities of a good KATS (Keeping engaged, Acting responsibly, Treating other kindly, and Showing empathy) earn tickets for a prize drawing at the end of the week. Our winners this week are:
Brooks Hanten
Avery Moeller
Keaton Christensen
Congrats to our winners and do all students for being great KATS!
There was a typo in school board minutes. The next school board meeting is scheduled for Monday, March 9th at 7:00 PM.
When National FFA Week is the same week as the State Wrestling Meet, we get to celebrate both at the same time!
Today for National FFA Week, the White Lake FFA Chapter is doing "Drive your Tractor to School Day". These kids plan to do a tractor parade down Main Street to Celebrate.
At the same time, our KWLPG wrestling team is heading to Sioux Falls for the State Wrestling Meet and they will be joining this parade as a part of their send off.
Join us on Main Street in White Lake today at Approximately 12:45 PM (it could be closer to 1:00 PM, depending on the length of the Pep Rally in Kimball) as our FFA students parade their tractors followed by the State Wrestlers in their bus on their way to the State Meet.
