Happy Fall Sports Officials Appreciation Week! This is an opportunity to thank all the selfless individuals who help our student athletes enjoy their sports activities by being officials. We want to highlight a couple of great officials in our area that our Kimball-White Lake Athletes might recognize:

Sandy Neugabauer is a volleyball official who has been officiating for 35 years! She does it because she loves the sport and wants to remain involved. Her favorite part has been getting to see and know all of the great athletes over the years. She loves seeing kids succeed and follow their success beyond high school. Thanks so much Sandy!

Tim Pringle is a football official who has officiated for 8 years. He does so because he loves the game and enjoys being a part of it. His favorite part of officiating is keeping active and being apart of his crew that he has built up comradery with. He can be seen officiating a recent matchup between Kimball-White Lake and Platte-Geddes. Thanks so much Tim!

Happy School Custodian Appreciation Day!

We want to recognize Danielle Assmus and Jim Miller for all they do in our school. Danielle is entering her first year as head custodian in the school. Jim Miller, though officially retired in 2015, has helped off and on in an as needed capacity since then. This year marks 50 years Jim has been apart of the White Lake School District Family. Thank you Danielle and Jim!

We are receiving a few baskets and hope to get more by Thursday afternoon. Feel free to drop yours off at the White Lake School Office if you wish to donate! All proceeds go to the Aurora County Cancer Fund. Come and support the VB Team! First game starts at 4 pm.

White Lake is implementing Positive Behavior, Supports and Interventions (PBIS) this school year. Students who demonstrate the qualities of a good KATS (Keeping engaged, Acting responsibly, Treating other kindly, and Showing empathy) earn tickets for a prize drawing at the end of the week. Our winners of the first week are:

The White Lake School District #1-3 Regular October Board Meeting date has been changed to Tuesday, October 15 at 8:00 PM.

Cheer Clinic on Monday, September 30 at 6:30 PM in Kimball Lunch Room.
